Our COVID-19 Response
We want to assure our families that we are diligently following the ever-changing CDC and OSHA guidelines, protocols, and mandates. We are also continually communicating with our team to ensure we are taking all necessary precautions to minimize the spread of germs and any risk of spreading the COVID-19 variants.
This includes frequent handwashing, increased caution with any form of illness, frequent team communication, contact tracing and notifications, protocols to limit gathering in communal space, working remotely, social distancing, and mandatory mask wearing. Our internal team has a clear “Return to Work” protocol that we follow. We are also taking precautions to reduce the number of people in home, prioritize telehealth supervision and parent training, reduce in-person training/shadowing sessions to occur only when necessary, and only subbing within teams.
Below are precautions we are asking of our families and our team to help prevent the risk of exposure:
- Please notify Scheduling if ANYONE in your home is sick or experiencing symptoms of illness or has been exposed to COVID-19.
- All members of the household are to wear a mask anytime an In STEPPS team member is present and socially distance whenever possible.
- Disinfect surfaces, wash your hands, and assist your children in frequent handwashing.
