Rachel Zetino, M.S., BCBA
Director of Training
As Director of Training, Rachel Zetino designs competency-based training programs to ensure high-quality programming for all clients of In STEPPS. Rachel began working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities in 2006. She has developed programs in both home and school settings and worked with adults in day habilitation and employment training programs. Rachel has also worked with deaf/hard-of-hearing students who engaged in challenging behaviors. She has presented her research on training staff to implement Pivotal Response Training (PRT) at state and national conferences. Rachel earned her Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis on Behavior Analysis at California State University, Los Angeles.

Before working at In STEPPS, what was the most unusual or interesting job you had?
I was flown to New York City twice to interview to be the nanny for David Letterman’s son. I didn’t get the job, but it was a great experience!
